Nov 07, 2015 · I won this dispute, but only because I had documentation from my concierge and phone records. Management was not going to budge on the exchange. Louis Vuitton is the WORST luxury company I have ever dealt with. Many of their bags in the Las Vegas stores have scratches and small stains from tourists coming in and handling the merchandise.
