Not to my knowledge. I don't 'do' the Midway minnesota state fair discount tickets at cub rides anymore. But as others have said, you need to buy the 'sheets' of tickets. Some rides/games are 2 tickets, 3, 4, 6 and so on. Cub Foods sells the Blue Ribbon discount books, fair tickets. I can't remember if they sell the ride ticket sheets or not, off hand.
