ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - St. Louis County is releasing full details about the newest restrictions being put in place to slow the spread of COVID-19. On Friday st louis county rules on gatherings at 5 p.m., there will be a 50 person limit for all social gatherings, max occupancy for businesses has been pushed back to 25%, and all bars will have to close at 10 p.m. each night.
