The bagel factory is not really a restaurant. Its simply a place to pick up fresh bagels on the go. I enjoyed my bagel but I would prefer a place that offers a little more finesse. I mean they don't even offer to toast the bagel let alone make cream cheese. Its a shame I have to use a mini tub of store bought cream cheese with fresh bagel.
